How do I reset my password?

You can change your password from the sign-in page by selecting "Forgot my password."

If you are resetting your password because you are getting an error message at log in, check if you are accidentally entering your credentials for NAVICA Verifier, NAVICA Connect, or NAVICA Administrator. Each NAVICA product requires its own log in information and will not work across other NAVICA apps or systems.
